Welcome to Lash Up. By booking an appointment or purchasing any of our services through this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking and Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable $40 deposit to secure your booking.

Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost at checkout.

Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is successfully processed.

Failure to pay the deposit may result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients must reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before their appointment time.

Deposits are transferable if rescheduling occurs within the 24-hour window.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.

Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in limited future booking privileges.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will lose their deposit.

Service time may be shortened if you arrive late to ensure timely service for the next client.

4. Refund and Payment Policy

All service deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise stated.

We accept cash, card, or electronic payment methods approved by Lash Up Beauty Bar.

5. Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any eye conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the service begins.

Lash Up Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s condition may risk health or safety.

Our artists follow strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.

6. After-Care and Retention

Results depend on proper after-care. Clients receive a lash care guide after their service.

Lash Up Beauty Bar is not responsible for premature lash loss caused by failure to follow after-care instructions.

7. Photos and Testimonials

By receiving services, clients grant Lash Up Beauty Bar permission to use before-and-after photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Training and Education (If Applicable)

Lash training deposits are $150, non-refundable but transferable once with 48-hour notice.

Students are responsible for arriving on time and completing the training requirements as scheduled.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected (such as name, phone number, or email) is used solely for booking, communication, and marketing related to Lash Up Beauty Bar.

We do not sell or share client data with third parties.

10. Agreement

By booking an appointment or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
